If your client has connected with another financial coach or counselor on Happy Mango by mistake, it can be corrected in one of the following ways:

Ask your agency admin to re-assign the client to you.
If you client is connected with another coach or counselor within your organization, you can ask your agency admin to log into her Happy mango counselor account to make the switch.
As shown below, agency admins have access to all the clients served by the agency on the "Current Clients" page and can re-assign clients from one counselor to another within the same organization.
Clicking on the icon in the Advisor column opens up the page shown below, on which the admin can designate the new financial counselor for this client.

Ask your client to log into her Happy Mango account and use the "Ask My Coach" function to switch financial coach.
Your client can log into her Happy Mango account and use the function in "Ask My Coach" to switch her coach to you. Once this is done, you will receive an email asking you to accept your client's request for connection. Make sure to accept this request. Then your client will appear on your Current Clients list.
