How do my clients find me on Happy Mango?

Unless your clients has established or requested a connection with you on Happy Mango, you will not be able to view your clients' financial information or use the many tools on Happy Mango to help your clients achieve their financial goals.  

Your clients can find you and connect with you through any one of the following processes:

1. Ask your clients to sign up their accounts on Happy Mango with your personalized URL
   Each financial counselor on Happy Mango has a personalized URL for their clients to sign-up on the Happy Mango portal for individuals and small business users.  Anyone who signs up on Happy Mango through this unique URL will automatically become your client.  
   You can create and find your personalized URL on your Profile page.  Make sure to send this URL to your new clients for signing up on Happy Mango. 
   
2. Ask your clients to select you as the referral source during their online application for a financial product 
   In Step 2 of Happy Mango's 5-step online application for a financial product, the applicants are asked if a financial counselor has assisted them in completing the application and whether they would like to share the progress of their application with this financial counselor.  If your client has signed up on Happy Mango using your personalized URL, you will automatically be listed as the referral agent. If your client did not sign up on Happy Mango using your personalized URL, this is another opportunity for your client to establish connection with you on Happy Mango.  
   
   
3. Ask your clients to use "Ask My Coach" functions on Happy Mango to select you as their financial coach
   Your clients who already have an Happy Mango account but are not yet connected with you can select you as their financial coach by using the "Ask My Coach" function on Happy Mango at any time. 

Once your client has selected or requested you as their financial coach on Happy Mango, you will receive a system generated email notification asking you to log into your counselor account to accept this request.  Once you accept this request, you will be able to view your client's personal and financial information on Happy Mango.
