The first screen after you log into your counselor account on Happy Mango is the Current Clients page. This page lists all the consumer or small business users on Happy Mango who have established a client relationship with you. To find a client, you can use the Search bar or the Sort function on this page.
If you are unable to locate your clients on this page, it may be because of one of the following reasons:
- Your client is not yet connected with you on Happy Mango
As financial counselors and coaches can access their clients' sensitive personal and financial information, Happy Mango asks individual and small business users for their explicit approvals before this access can be provided. If you cannot find your client on the above page, please check with your clients to make sure they have selected you as their coach on Happy Mango.

If a client has already sent you a connection request on Happy Mango, you must accept the invitation before this client shows up on the above Current Clients page.
When a client has requested you as their financial coach on Happy Mango, you will first receive an email notification asking you to log in and accept this request. When you log into your Happy Mango counselor account, the connection request message will automatically appear. If you do not see this message, you can find it in your Message Center as shown below. - Your client connected with another counselor or financial coach on Happy Mango
If you do not find your client's connection request in your Message Center, it is likely that your client may have connected with a different counselor.
