You may not be able to see a client's application or loan data even if the client has established the relationship with you as the counselor on Happy Mango. In this case, you will see your client's name on the Current clients page, but there is no "Applications" or "Loans" hyperlink next to that client.
In addition, you will not be able to find the application on the Applications page or the loan on the Loans page after logging into your counselor account on Happy Mango.
This could happen for one of the following reasons:
- Your client selected another counselor as the referring counselor in his application.

If this is an oversight, you can ask your Agency Admin to reassign the application or ask your client to help you fix it.

Once you obtained access to your clients' applications, you will be able to see the application/loan as a link on the Current Clients page or as an entry on the Applications or Loans page.
