How do I get access to view my client's application and loan status information?

Happy Mango protects your clients' privacy and allows only people with your clients' permission to view their personal information.  

There are two ways for your client to grant you access to their application and loan status information.

Automatic Access after Verifying a Client's Application

If your client selected you as the referral source during his or her application and requested that you verify their application, you will automatically gain access to their applications after having submitted your verification form.   

Approval by Clients on Client's Portal

Alternatively, your clients can also grant you access in the "Grant Coach access" section of "Ask My Coach" page on their Happy Mango portal. 

Once you have gained access, the hyperlinked "Applications" will appear on your current client page. Clicking on this link, you will be able to view the current application status of a financial product or the payment status of your client's loans obtained on Happy Mango.
